HairFcker School was established in 2012 to educate and train hairdressers of the HairFcker label. The founders of the project Kirill Hairfucker and Maria Klass have developed a unique teaching method - Emotional Hairdressing. For many years, this methodology has been improved and adapted.

At the moment, Emotional Hairdressing is a flexible constructor in which any of the topics are transformed into training programs: from a 1.5-hour presentation to an in-depth training lasting 1 month. The full training cycle of Emotional Hairdressing takes 18 months.

HairFcker Studio uses the concept of EMOTIONAL HAIRDRESSING, which includes our own techniques and atmospheric rituals in the work process, making visiting the salon not only to get a hairstyle , but also an emotional experience, sometimes reminiscent of an art performance, where the client is a co-creator.
